Vick Flips the Bird
Welcome to the world of Sports Boneheads, Michael Vick! The Falcons got blasted Sunday afternoon 31-13 at home vs the New Orleans Saints. This was their 4th straight loss and it basically put them out of the playoff picture. Michael Vick turned in a very subpar performance, but nothing terrible. 100+ rushing yards and 100+ passing yards.
As Vick was leaving the field after the loss, the Atlanta home faithful gave him a loud round of booooooos. Vick didn’t care much for this and shot the middle fingers up in the air as he left the field. Vick used both hands to flip off the fans. He also gave angry looks toward the handful of fans remaining in the Georgia Dome. Those who hung around booed the home team loudly after its dismal 31-13 loss to the New Orleans Saints. Vick did come out and apologize on Monday by saying, “First and foremost, I would like to apologize for my inappropriate actions with fans today. I was frustrated and upset at how the game was going for my team, and that frustration came out the wrong way.” We know you are frustrated Mike - but honestly, you don’t need the Atlanta rowdys turning on you anymore than they already are. And a big ole ‘bird‘ is not going to help matters.
