Apparently NBC doesn’t like the Seahawks too much, having installed suicidal cameras over the field in Sunday night’s game. Not once, but twice did an overhead camera come crashing down to the field, first near Matt Hasslebeck and then near Bobby Engram. I guess next time they’ll have to install a heat-seeking unit so it doesn’t miss the mark! I suppose it wouldn’t have been funny if someone had been crushed by it, but seriously NBC, what the hell was that?

As if that weren’t enough excitement, NBC had another camera temporarily zoom in on coach Mike Holmgren’s play card! We all know how much trouble the Patriots got in for stealing signs from the Jets, so what made NBC think it was okay to broadcast Seattle’s play book to the entire viewing audience? NBC gets a special bonehead award for their work Sunday.
