OK State Coach Mike Gundy Fired Up
Here’s some background on this tirade, but you have to see it for yourself: last week, Coach Mike Gundy benched quarterback Bobby Reid for not playing well. A reporter for The Oklahoman then wrote an article questioning the toughness of this QB, but OK State went out this week and upset Texas Tech. Instead of praising the team’s efforts, coach Gundy chose to go ballistic on the newspaper report:

I applaud his efforts actually… Kinda boneheaded but when you step back and think about it – he’s kind of right. Entertaining video to say the least.
Grundy was right, the bonehead here is Carlson. Maybe you too Sportsbonehead for insinuating that Grundy was in the wrong.
Mob… I think they were both in the wrong here. But the way the coach acted was a bit on the boneheaded side. I applaud him standing up for his players… but come on – they aren’t little boys!
