Penn State running back Austin Scott charged with rape

Penn State running back Austin Scott was suspended by the team on October 5, and now he’s been arraigned on 4 felony counts, including rape and sexual assault, and 3 misdemeanors.  Scott is charged with raping a woman at his apartment early that morning.  The defense claims that the encounter was consensual.  Scott was having a big year so far with the team before his suspension, so the team definitely misses the presence of this bonehead, at least on the field.
