Nuggets guard J.R. Smith suspended for 3 games
Denver Nuggets guard J.R. Smith is in trouble again. After being suspended 10 games for a fight and getting in a car crash that killed his friend (both last year), Smith was involved in an incident at a night club last October 13 where he got hit with charges of assault, disturbing the peace, and destruction of private property. Smith will sit out the first 3 games of the season for “conduct detrimental to the team“. Further details haven’t been released yet, but Smith’s court date is October 29.
