Mike Cameron suspended 25 games for taking banned stimulant
Mike Cameron on Wednesday became just the second player to be suspended for taking banned stimulants. Cameron will serve a 25-game suspension at the start of the 2008 season for testing positive a second time for a banned stimulant. Cameron believes that one of the nutritional supplements he was taking became tainted. Suspiciously, Cameron rather easily accepted the ban, and he was quick to point out “no steroids”, since that would be a 50-game suspension. Neifi Perez was the other player earning such a suspension, and he even had three violations. Maybe you should keep a better eye on your supplements there, huh bonehead?
