Not 1 day after pitchers and catchers reported to training camp for the Chicago Cubs – Kerry Wood is injured. EVERY YEAR THIS HAPPENS. Well, this time it’s not some big arm injury. Kerry Wood fell as he was getting out of a hottub and hurt his ribs. Wow. I guess we’ll just chalk this one up to being cursed – or boneheaded!
