Every day is an adventure for the frustrated Mets, and today was no exception — but we’ll focus on the bonehead activities, as usual. First, Mets pitching coach Rick Peterson became irate when Florida pitcher Harvey Garcia threw behind Mets hitter Luis Castillo. Peterson was making gestures towards the Marlins‘ bench as both benches cleared [...]

You’d think former NBA stars would be more careful with their tax returns, but not The Tractor! Robert Traylor was sentenced to 3 years probation on Friday for preparing a false tax return. What did Traylor do wrong? Well, just hiding the properties of his cousin, a convicted drug dealer! Traylor made it appear as [...]

It’s pretty easy to get kicked off the team with boneheaded acts like this — Tennessee basketball player Duke Crews, a freshman forward last year, had two bags of marijuana in his apartment, which were found by the staff upon an investigation of a loud music complaint. Coach Bruce Pearl immediately suspended Crews, who played a [...]

Police nailed Indianapolis Colts defensive end Darrell Reid this weekend for marijuana possession. Someone called police when they suspected Reid was driving under the influence, and the on-call officer not only smelled marijuana, but he found a bag in the car. Most people seem to think this was a boneheaded move, and so do we. You have goalie Hope Solo, who hasn’t allowed a goal in like 300 minutes in this tournament (and only 2 goals in 4 games), and then you have Brianna Scurry, who hasn’t played a full game in 3 months. So who [...]

It’s got to be pretty tough to manage a team when you have to spend your time worrying about your bonehead son. The son of Nashville Predators owner Craig Leipold, Christopher, was nailed for drunk driving and arrested on Thursday. Leipold failed all kinds of sobriety tests, and this was his second DUI offense in [...]

Louisville linebacker Willie Williams was dismissed from the team after being arrested Wednesday. Williams has had all kinds of trouble with the law, piling up 11 arrests since his teenage years! On Wednesday, Williams was charged with driving without a license, tampering with evidence (felony), and marijuana possession. Williams got pulled over for blasting music [...]
